Terms of Service

1. Provider
These Terms govern use of the ionAIwebsite and software service ("Service") operated by Patel Nishant Dineshbhai, a sole proprietorship trading as ION AI ("we", "us"), at A 202 Shukan Status, Jantanagar, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481, India. Contact: hello@ionai.ca.
2. Service
ION AI provides WhatsApp-based staff scheduling and related tools for store operators. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for staff you invite. You must be legally able to bind the business that uses the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, probe or disrupt systems, send unlawful or abusive content via connected messaging channels, or use the Service for anything other than legitimate store workforce scheduling and related operations. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars on a recurring monthly cycle as shown on the Pricing page. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required; we are not registered for Canadian GST/HST. Failed payments may lead to suspension.
6. Term and termination
You may cancel as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may terminate or suspend the Service for breach, non-payment, or if we discontinue the product (with reasonable notice where practicable).
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain rights in your store data, schedules, and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service.
8. Confidentiality and data
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for lawful collection of staff data you enter into the Service.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or scheduling errors caused by incorrect data or third-party messaging providers.
10. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
